Description
Our top layer polyethylene foam is renowned for its shock absorption, compression resistance and cushioning properties. We use prime, virgin polyurethane foam which simply means it has no undesirable chemical fillers. It's an important distinction. The longevity of the foam is severely reduced in mats made with inferior grades of filled polyurethane. Our vinyl is heavy duty 18 oz. close woven, coated polyester and the most durable we have ever found. All competition Landing Mats are manufactured with 1 1/4 Trocellen polyethylene foam. The 20cm mats have 3 1/4 of 36 ILD and 3 1/2 of 85 ILD polyurethane.
